Returns & Refunds Policy

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unworn and unused
• be in original condition
• have original tags and packaging intact
• be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, sweat, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns may be refused if items do not meet these conditions.

Please contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maisondaudace.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns on eligible items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items approved for return must be sent back within 14 days of approval of the return request.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• worn items
• washed items
• altered items
• gift cards
• final sale items (if marked as such)
